Precision grinding /jscc torque motor drive control method

1. TF series panel torque drive

1) Digital display adjusts motor output torque;

2) It can slowly increase the torque and slowly reduce the torque;

3) The control port is electrically isolated and can be directly controlled by PLC.

2. TK series built-in torque driver

1) Digital display adjusts motor output torque and multi-stage torque;

2) It can slowly increase the torque and slowly reduce the torque;

3) 0~10v analog quantity control or external potentiometer adjustment;

4) The control port is electrically isolated and can be directly controlled by PLC.

3. DF48, DF50 digital display panel

1) Used with TK series built-in torque driver;

2) It can digitally display and control the output torque, operation and stop of the motor.

4. DK series bus type speed regulating driver

1) Using cc-can (RS-485) communication bus, the motor can be controlled through cc-can (Modbus) protocol.

2) One machine with multiple functions can control 6~200w full series multifunctional reduction motors.

5. Potentiometer kit, resistance: 5K Ω

1) Used with TK series built-in torque driver;

2) External manual adjustment of motor output torque.
